Columbia
Columbia is the county seat and the oldest housing in this set of pages. The electrical work here is often a small panel, old cable, or a repair in plaster, not a new subdivision.
Spring Hill
Spring Hill is the growth town. The houses are newer, the panels are larger, and the work is usually a charger, a generator, or a circuit, not a rewire. The county line runs through it.
Mount Pleasant
Mount Pleasant is the smaller town southwest of Columbia. The houses are older, the utility is its own system, and a Columbia price or a Columbia permit habit does not transfer cleanly.
